RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

Our client based on the outskirts of Worcester is looking to recruit a professional and friendly Receptionist with some general admin experience. Based on reception answering the switchboard you will also be responsible for maintaining a room booking system, setting up refreshments for meetings and ensuring all stationery is in stock. Ordering supplies and issuing company workwear and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

Knowledge of Word and Excel is needed and if you have used SAP that would be an advantage.

This is a 3 month fixed term contract with a possibility of being permanent.



BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Our client provides its members with the highest standards of business support and advice. They are now looking to appoint an additional, dynamic, Business Development Manager.

Working within the membership team, you will promote the wide range of business benefits that a membership offers to current non-member businesses in order to help them develop and grow their business through making new contacts, building on existing relationships, attending events and promoting their company to 3,400 other member businesses throughout Birmingham and Solihull.

The successful candidate will ideally possess a minimum of 2 years business development/sales experience gained in a membership organisation or business-to-business environment.

The successful candidate will be results orientated and will demonstrate a confident, professional but friendly manner with exceptional communication skills as they will be required to deal with people at all levels. They will be used to identifying potential prospects, making contact, presenting to them and 'closing the sale'.

Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach and a successful track record in a sales environment. The ability to influence and manage expectations is essential. A full driving licence is also required.

MARKETING MANAGER

An experienced Marketing professional is required to be responsible for the launch of new products both internally and externally. Other duties will be to :

Collate market and competitor analysis and communicate to Sales and Product Managers.
Identify and source new product opportunities, updating channel maps where appropriate.
Produce Customer facing pricing data.
To identify and source new product opportunities.
Create marketing promotions with input from the Product Managers and Suppliers.
Manage marketing budget.
Prepare promotional plan.
Maintain the Company’s corporate image, from letterheads to the purchasing of business cards.
Own and manage the Company’s websites.
Own and manage content on internal intranet.
Developing, implementing and managing new marketing strategies.
Maintaining and developing both existing and new customer relationships in regards to their marketing requirements.
Responsible for carrying out market research, conducting competitor and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of activities and providing relevant management information.
Identifying and selecting promotional and advertising options.
Initiating and planning PR campaigns, whether internal or external.
Writing and editing press releases and promotional briefs and maintaining said information on the Company websites.
Preparing and managing production of: brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets and other printed documentation.
Answering enquiries from individuals, journalists and other organisations.
Developing and maintaining good working relations with the media, including local and national newspapers, magazines, radio and television.
Organising special events such a press conferences, exhibitions, open days, tours, competitions, staff outings.

Minimum 3 years Marketing experience is essential

There are no monthly subscriptions, no set up fees, no minimum term agreements.

Currently based in the West Midlands, they are now looking to establish a base in London and are looking for the best telephone based sales people to join their rapidly expanding team.

Your role will be to generate revenue by contacting clients and advising them on the wide range of highly targeted advertising opportunities which will help them drive qualified leads from the internet.
